Blood Cells

Blood cells consist of red cells, white cells and platelets.
Red cells carry oxygen. White cells fight infections. Platelets help prevent bleeding.
The correct balance among the cell types must be maintained and the ratio of cells compared to the amount of plasma must be within certain limits to maintain good health.
