Coma/Vegetative State, New Acupuncture Treatment

A new acupuncture therapy method in treating coma/vegetative patients has been successful.

Patients who had been in coma caused by injuries, (who had been in coma state as long as one month to a year) were treated with manual acupuncture, electronic acupuncture, and acupoint injectiones,.

The success rate of the treatments was 90.32%. Many could perform simple tasks after recovering from coma state.

Note:  In California, as of this writing, it is not currently legal for acupuncturists to use acupoint injectiones method unless they are licensed medical doctors.
