Medical Functions:

药理：

1. Inhibits release of serotonin: The active ingredients sesquinterpene lactones (including parthenolide) inhibit the release of the hormone serotonin from platelets. The releasing of serotonin in turn triggers the release of histamine, which expands the blood vessels and triggers migraines.
2. Suppresses the production of prostaglandins which causes inflammation.
3. Parthenolide, the main component in Feverfew, kills human leukemia stem cells
