部脹滿疼痛，大便秘結，或者糞便如羊屎狀，日數次卻排出不暢，可在左下腹觸及條索狀包塊，面紅潮熱，汗多，心煩，口乾欲喝水，舌紅苔黃或黃燥，脈滑數。
