Treatment

1. Body acupuncture

dazhui  Du14, hegu LI 4, taiyang Ex 1, zusanli S 36

Supplement:

For wind chill type: fengchi G 20

For wind heat type: quchi LI 11, shaoshang LI 1

For gastrointestinal type: zhongwan Ren 12, neiguan P 6, tianshu S 25

Method: use filiform needles, purge (xie) method except on shaoshang L 11 on which three edged needle should be used to cause bleeding.

2. Ear acupuncture

pt. lung, pt internal nose, pt trachea, pt. sanjiao, pt. stomach, pt. ear Apex.

Select 2 - 3 pts. Strong stimulation. Retain need for 10 -20 minutes.

Seed pressing can also be used.

處方：大椎，合谷，太陽，足三里。

配穴：

風寒型: 加風池

風熱興：加曲池，少商

胃腸型：加中脘，内關，天枢

耳針

處方：肺，内鼻，氣管，三焦，胃，耳尖

操作：每次用2～3穴，雙侧，强刺激，留針10～10分鐘。

也可用耳穴壓豆法。
