Jiān yú points LI15
Location: on the lateral side of the arm, on the deltoid; or when the arm rolls outward, or stretches forward, it is in in depression, in the front of the peak of the shoulder.
Anatomy: humeral artery and vein; supraclavicular nerve, axillary nerve.
Application: shoulder and arm spasm, pain, and/or paralysis; urticaria; scrofula disease.
Combination points; combine with Jian liao for treatment of shoulder and arm pain.
Acupuncture method: perpendicularly or obliquely downward from 0.8 to 1.5 inch.
[Note] hand yang ming channel and yang qiao channel crossing points.

[定位] 在臂外側，三角肌上，臂外展，或向前平伸時，當肩峰前下方向凹陷處。
[解剖] 有旋肱後動、靜脈；布有鎖骨上神經，腋神經。
[主治] 肩臂攣痛不遂，蕁麻疹;，瘰病。
[配伍] 配肩髎治肩臂疼痛。
[刺灸法] 直刺或向下斜刺0.8～1.5寸。
[附注] 手陽明經與陽蹺脈交會穴。
