Location: when the mouth is opened slightly; it is in the depression between the anterior border of tragus and the posterior border of the joint of lower jaw bone.

位於面部，耳屏前，下頜骨髁狀突的後方，張口時呈凹陷處。取該穴 道時應讓患者採用正坐或仰臥、仰靠姿勢，聽宮穴位於頭部側面耳屏前部，耳珠平行缺口凹陷中，是在耳門穴的稍下方。
