Torticollis

Simple torticollis should be differentiated from atlantoaxial subluxation.

Atlantoaxial Subluxation

High incidences among children of 2 - 12 years old.

 

Causes includes:

 

  • arthritic
    • rheumatoid arthritis
    • juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
    • psoriatic arthritis
    • ankylosing spondylitis (chronic inflammationof the spine and the sacroiliac joints)
    • systemic lupus (SLE)

       

  • congenital
    • Down syndrome (20%)
    • Morquio disease
    • atlanto-occipital fusion
    • congenital absence/hypoplasia of dens (2/3 have h/o trauma)

       

  • infectious
    • retropharyngeal abscess

       

  • traumatic

    •  

     

     

    寰樞椎旋轉不 全脫位

     

    該病的高發人群是2~12歲的兒童。

    症狀:

    手腳麻木﹐力量差，影響到呼吸，嚴重時會導致癱瘓。

     

     

    發病原因﹕

     

    (一)關節炎

    風濕性關節炎

    兒童風濕性關節炎

    銀痟病關節炎

    類風濕性脊椎炎

    系統性紅斑狼瘡

     

    (2) 感染

    咽後壁膿腫

    牙齦炎

    鼻竇炎

    扁桃體炎

     

    (3) 先天性

    唐氏綜合症

    莫爾基奧氏病

    寰枕關節融合

    先天性無寰枕關節或發育不全

     

    (4) 創傷

     

    落枕治療法

     

    外用熏洗藥方﹕ 獨 活﹐秦艽﹐防風﹐艾葉﹐透骨草﹐劉奇奴﹐蘇木﹐赤芍﹐紅花﹐穿山甲﹐ 威靈仙﹐烏梅﹐木瓜各 9 克。用水煎湯，趁熱熏洗患處。

    摘 要:
    落枕又稱“失枕”，是由於頸項部軟組織勞損、扭錯、受寒等原因，導致頸項部某些肌肉痙攣而產生疼痛、功能活動受限、斜頸、頸部強硬等一系列症狀。筆者在臨 床上常常點按少澤穴治療落枕，收效顯著。

    少澤穴(小腸經1) Shao ze(SI1): 位於小指末節尺側，離指甲角0.1寸。
