Dosage: 用量﹕ |
Adult: 5 to 12 seeds each time, 3 times per day. Also in some cases. 4 seeds each time. Small children 1 to 2 seed per year old (not to exceed 12 seeds). Usually taken with long gan rou as wrapping or in capsules. Also can be taken as tablet with oil pressed out. External use: appropriate amount. 口 服每日3次,成人每次用鴉膽子仁5~12粒,也有少至4粒的;小兒每歲1-2粒 。多以 龍眼肉包裹或裝膠囊吞服。亦可壓去油後作丸, 片劑服。外用適量。 |

For treatment of malaria: use 10 pieces of ya dan zi and wrap each in long yan meat. Swallow. After 3 days, lessen the dosage to half (5 pieces). Continue taking for 5 days. (source: Guangxi Chinese Herb) 治瘧疾:鴉膽子果仁十粒,入桂圓肉內吞服, 日三次,第三日後減半量,連服五日。(《廣西中草藥》) |

not to use in cases of pixu (spleen deficient) or where there is nauseas or vomiting, or in those with gastrointestinal bleeding, liver or kidney diseases. Use with caution during pregnancy and in children﹐ 脾虛 或作嘔﹐ 懷孕期間﹐ 小兒﹐ 消化道出血﹐ 肝臟病者﹐ 腎臟病者忌用。 |
