防治流行性感冒﹕野菊花20克,鱼腥草30克,金银花30克，水煎服。

高血壓﹕野菊花 30克,钩藤 20克,桑葉 20克，水煎服。

Cautions:

禁忌：

occasional nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite,  flatulence, may arise but it is non-toxic.

Those with weak digestion or during pregnancy should not use it.

少數人會出現胃部不適、食慾減退、腸鳴等反應。

脾胃虚寒者、孕婦不宜服用。
