An external formula for brown spots

Name of Formula: yi mu cao tu fang (source: Pu Ji Fang)

Application: brown spot, freckles, and pimples.

Composition: yi mu cao 500 g

Cut into small sections. Burn into ashes. Mix with vinegar and make into pills. Burn the pills until red hot. Repeat 7 times. Grind into fine powder. Strain. Store in ceramic vase. Wash face with warm water from rinsing rice. Apply herb to the face.

 方名﹕益母草塗方 《普劑方》

益母草500克切成细段,晒乾以後烧成灰. 再用醋和为丸, 烧通红,如此7次,研细过筛,用蜜和均匀,储存瓷器中备用.于每晚临睡前,先用温米泔水(即含有米粉或者米糠的水)洗面,再涂以此药于面部.本方具有活血化淤,白润皮肤的作用, 治疗雀斑.黑斑.粉刺
