Yong Quan Point (Bubbling Spring, K 1) 湧泉

This point is located at the bottom of the foot.

It is also called Kidney 1. It is located on the beginning of the kidney channel (meridian); thus it is called K(idney)1.

 

Location: On the sole of the foot, at the indentation near the front part, between the second and third metatarsal bones, one-third the the distance from the webs of the toes to the heel.

 

Application: pain on top of head, blurring vision, throat numbness, loss of voice, epilepsy of children, schizophrenia, loss of consciousness.

位 :位於足底前部凹陷處, 第二,第三跖骨縫紋頭端與足跟連線的前三分之一處

 

主治頭頂痛,兩目昏花,喉痹,失音,小兒驚風,癫疾,昏厥等
