The polysaccharide krestin possesses:
  • improving immune system
  • antibiotic property,
  • anti-viral property,

  • anti-atherosclerotic effect
     
  • effect on the central nervous system: improves memory, sedative, hypnotic, analgesic
  • mitigate the side effect of chemotherapy
     
  • inhibition of hepatitis B virus

雲芝多醣體具有:

Actions & Indications:

主治﹕

For ridding of dampness  濕 熱, transforming phlegm, treatment of lung disease. The polysaccharide Krestin can inhibits the growth of tumor cells.  The polysaccharide Krestin is being clinically used in treatment of hepatitis B, tumors in the digestive system, respiratory system and in the cervix uteri.

去濕 熱、化痰、療肺疾等功效，近年也發現 雲芝多醣有抑制腫瘤細胞生長的效果。臨床 用來治療慢性乙型肝炎，消化系統、呼吸系統疾病及宮頸、乳腺等部位癌症。

Chemical ingredients:

Contains:  steroids, triterpenoids, organic acids, alkaloids, glucose alcohols, proteins, carbohydrates, glycopeptides, etc.[1]

含甾體類、三萜類、有機酸類、生物鹼類、葡糖醇類、蛋白質類、糖類、糖肽類等

Dosage:

用量﹕

內服：煎湯，15-30g。宜煎24小時以上。或製成片劑、沖劑、注射劑使用。【2】

毒素與禁忌﹕

no report on side effect in  long term usage on lab animals.

試驗動物在長期服藥，沒有發現不良反應。

[2] Zhong Hua Ben Cao 中華本草 Qualitative analysis:

coarse powder of yun zhi 2g,  water 20ml. Water bath 10 minutes, filtered.Add 4-5 drops of test solution of alkaline copper tartrate, to 2ml of filtrate. Heat for 5 minutes on a water bath to produce a red precipitate. (Checking reducing sugar)

 

鑒別法：雲芝粗粉2g，加水20ml，水浴加熱10分鐘，濾過，取濾液2ml，加鹼性酒石酸銅試液4-5滴，水浴上加熱5分鐘，生成紅色沉澱。(檢查還原糖)
