主治﹕

being use urinary infection, rid of skin parasites (like ringworm) and stop itching. damp eczema, itchy groin area, vaginal discharge, tape worm, hookworm and pinworms.

利尿通淋，殺虫止痒(如金錢癬）。用於膀胱熱淋，小便短赤，淋瀝澀痛，皮膚濕疹，陰痒帶下。治带虫，鉤虫，蟯蟲。

用量﹕

9 - 15 g.

Samples of formulae

:處方舉例﹕

Mumps: fresh bian xu 30 g. Wash and smash. Add appropriate amount of lime water and stir in egg white. Apply to affected area.[1]
Tooth ache: bian xu 30 to 100 g. (if use fresh herb use any amount). Make into decoction. Divide into 2 serving. [2]
Hydrocele of tunica vaginalis: bian xu 30 g, yi yi ren 30 g. Make into decoction. One dose per day. 7 days is one therapy period. [3]

治療腮腺炎：取鮮扁蓄30g，洗淨後切細搗爛，加入適量生石灰水，再調入蛋清，涂敷患處。【1】
治療牙痛；取扁蓄50～100g（鮮品不拘多少）水煎，分2次服。【2】　　
治療鞘膜積液：扁蓄30g，生薏苡仁30g，水煎服，日1劑。7天為1療程。【3】

bian xu can cause dermatitis or gastrointestinal disturbance in hoses and sheep.

扁蓄能致馬或羊的皮膚發炎或致腸胃不適。
