Randomly divided into A group with 30 patients and B group with 30 patients.
A group used tong bi tang (TBT). B group used Qian Lie Kang (QLK) formula
Composition of tong bi tang formula:
huang qi, dang shen, shi wei, fu ling, dang gui, tao ren, san leng, che qian cao, huang bai, zhu ye
Boiled with water. One dose per day, made into 2 servings, taken orally, continuously for 15 days.
At the same time acupuncture treatments were also applied to the points: zu san li
The result:

治療方法：隨機分組。
Ａ組30例應用通閉湯。
方劑組成：黃 耆 、黨 參 、石 葦、茯 苓、當 歸 、桃 仁、三 棱、車 前草、黃 柏、竹 葉。
每日1劑，水煎分2次溫服，連服 15劑。
同時針刺
合併尿路感染同時投以抗炎治療。Ｂ組30例口服前列康。合併尿路感染 同Ａ組治療。
結果：
治癒，自覺症狀及體徵消失，鏡檢前列腺液白細胞少于10個/HPF， 彩超檢查前列腺大小明顯縮小或恢復接近正常，內部回聲均勻；
有效，自覺症狀及體徵明顯改善，或50%以上消失，鏡檢前列腺液白細 胞多于10個/HPF，但較治療前 下降10個/HPF以上。彩超檢查示前列腺較前縮小，內部回聲較均勻；
無效，症狀及體徵無明顯改善，鏡檢白細胞無明顯減少或有增加，彩超檢 查示前列腺大小無改變， 內部回聲仍不均勻為無效。

陰陵泉： 取穴時，患者應採用正坐或仰臥的取穴姿勢，該穴位於人體的小腿內側，膝下脛骨內側凹陷中，與陽陵泉相對（或當脛骨內側髁後下方凹陷處、 中極：取 穴時，患 者應採用 仰臥的姿勢。該穴位於人體下腹部，前正中線上。。由恥骨和肚臍連線，由下向上1/5處即為中極穴 三陰交：取 穴時，患者應 採正 坐或仰臥。該穴位於人體的小腿內側，足內踝上緣三指寬，在踝尖正上方脛骨邊緣凹陷中。
足三里：足 三裡穴位於外膝眼下四橫指、脛骨邊緣。取穴時左腿用右手、右腿用左手以食指第二關節沿脛骨上移，至有突出的斜面骨頭阻擋為止，指尖處即為此穴。 足三里穴位於小腿 前 外側，當犢鼻穴（ST35)下3寸，距脛骨前緣一橫指（用中指量）。
