Name of Formula: tian ma wan

Actions and Applications: promotes circulation and rids of pain, spastic muscles, paralysis, numbness in the limbs, achy lower back and legs, and migraine.

Prescription: tian ma 60g，jiang huo100g，du huo 50g，du zhong (fry with salt) 70 g, niu xi 60g，bi xie  60 g.

Make into pills with refined honey.

Dosage: 6 g each time, 2 to 3 times a day.

Warning: use care in cases of pregnancies.

【方名】天麻丸

【功能與主治】祛風除濕，舒筋通絡，活血止痛。用於肢體拘攣，手足麻木，腰腿酸痛﹐偏頭痛。

 【處方】

天麻 60g，薑活100g，獨 活 50g，杜 仲（鹽炒）70g，牛膝 60g，萆 薢 60g。

　【用法與用量】口服，水蜜丸一次6g，一日2～3次。

　【注意】孕婦慎用。
