jia wei liu jun zi tang 加味六君子湯 (in English and Chinese 中英文)

Name of Formula: jia wei liu jun zi tang 《Pu ji Fang》

Composition: ren shen 30 g，bai zhu 30 g,  fu ling 30 g,  gan cao 30 g, huang qi 30 g, shan yao 30 g,   sha ren 30 g, hou po 22.5 g, rou dou kou,（stir fry with flour）22.5 g。
Grind all the above herb into powder.

Dosage: take 6 g each time, anytime,  with drinking water. If the body is hot, boil mai dong with water. Take the herb powder with mai dong decoction.

藥方名：加味六君子湯 《方源：普濟方 》

主治：
一切脾胃虛熱泄瀉之癥；傷寒病後，米谷不化，腸中虛滑，發渴微痛，久不愈者；及小兒脾疳、泄痢。

處方：
人參1兩，白朮1兩，茯苓1兩，甘草1兩，黃耆1兩，山藥1兩，砂仁1兩，厚樸7錢半，肉荳蔻（ 麵炒）7錢半。
研磨為末。

用法用量

每服2錢，飲水調服，不拘時候；如熱，煎麥冬水調服。
