產地﹕

主要產於廣東省陽春，信宜，高州等縣；一種是海南殼砂；另一種是進口縮砂密，主產於越南，泰國，緬甸 ， 柬埔寨，印尼等東南亞國家。近年來，廣西，雲南，福建等省也引種了春砂。

藥理﹕

2. inhibits secretion of stomach acid

3-6g。入湯剤，宜後下。

1. For flatulence and pain in stomach due to qi stagnation: sha ren, zhi ke, mu xiang
2. For vomiting due to qi stagnation: sha ren, chen pi, ban xia
3. For diarrhea due to pixu (spleen deficient): sha ren, gan jiang (dry ginger)
4. For calming fetus: sha ren, bai zhu, sang ji sheng, xu duan.

2. 用于嘔吐: 配陳皮，半夏。
3. 脾虛泄 瀉:常配乾姜。
