Name of formula: si wu xiao yao tang

Application: liver qi stagnation, amenorrhea.

chai hu 9 g, dang gui 9 g, chuan xiong 9 g,  xiang fu 9 g,

yan hu suo 9 g, tao ren 9 g, hong hua 9 g,  chi shao 12 g,

sheng di huang 12 g, qing pi 6 g.

Make into decoction and use as tea. One dose per day.

主治﹕肝氣鬱結﹐閉經

組成﹕

柴胡 9 克，當 歸 9克，川芎 9克，香 附 9克，紅花 9克，赤芍12克

延胡索 9克 ，桃仁 9克，生地 黃12克，青皮 6克。

水煎服。每日一劑。
