Actions & Indications:用途﹕

Painful menses, pain due to absence of menses ( not arriving), postpartum infection and pain, pain due to blood stasis, angina, neuralgia between the ribs, uterine bleeding, lochia retention, improper development of children.

血滯之經閉，經痛，產後腹痛，胃脘疼痛，血滯作痛，心絞痛，肋間神經痛，腸疝痛，子宮出血，赤帶，惡露不下﹐小兒發育不良.。

Daily Dosage:

每日用量﹕

10 to 20 g. Concentrated extract: 0.5 to 2 g.

10～20克。濃縮中藥：0.5～2克。

shi xiao san: use in gynecology for pain caused by blood stasis. Prescription: wu ling zhi, pu huang. Make into decoctin. Take while warm.

失笑散﹕ 治婦科瘀血停留疼痛。處方﹕五靈脂﹐蒲黃 加水煎服。

Cautions:

禁忌﹕

not to be used in cases of blood deficient but without stasis. It antagonizes ren shen (ginseng)

血虛無瘀滯者不可用。與人參相畏。
