當 歸 6克，細 辛 4.5克，川 芎 6克，蓽 撥 6克，篙 本 6克，白 芷 6克，露 蜂房18克。

三叉神經痛：本方 加麻 黃 9克，川附子 12克，羌活 6克，
牙痛：不腫痛甚，喜飲熱湯，為寒牙痛，宜本方再加羌活，麻 黃，川附子溫而散之。
註：天雄為附子或草烏頭之形長而細者。
