Herb Formula for ming men lacks fire

FORMULA 1:

Name of formula: you gui wan

(available in herb stores ready made in pill forms)

Symptoms: impotence, thin and cool semen, dizziness and ringing in the ears, pale complexion, weak knees and lower back, dislike of  cold temperature, cold limbs, swollen tongue with teeth marks, thin and deep pulse.

Ingredients:

shu di huang 240 g, shan yao 120 g, shan yu rou 90 g, qi zi 120 g, tu si zi 120 g, lu jiao jiao 120 g, dang gui  90 g, du zhong 120 g, fu zi 90 , rou gui 90 g.

Make into pills. Dosage: 15 g, twice a day.

FORMULA 2:

Name of formula: tu ji san with added ingredients

Application: for shenyangxu (kidney yang deficient) with impotence

rou cong rong  210 g, she chuang zi 90 g, yuan zhi  40 g, wu wei zi  15 g, tu si zi 120 g,

rou gui 10 g,  fu zi 35 g,  lu rong 20 g, ba ji tian 100 g,  zi he che 30 g,  dong chong xia cao 120 g.

Wash the herbs and bake till dry. Grind into powder.

Take 12 g each time, twice a day. Take with lightly salted drinking water. It can also be made into pills with cooked and condensed honey.
